Well written short-story of love showing who is the true mother. Jan 30, Febrian Lengkong rated it did not like it. First, it was really boring because it has no conversation.
Then, the story is similiar with biblical story of King Solomon. May 17, Marie rated it did not like it Shelves: It’s a very concise, explicit book. In a context that’s vaguely explained at all, protestants are persecuted by the army, and in the household of the Zigli family, a baby is left as the building is on fire.
Anna, a unknown girl, saves him by chance and is determined to marry an almost dying old man to give the baby a surname and be in augsburgee of him, saving the creature’s life.
Some time later, the mother will come back for his son, reason why the motherhood of the baby is disputed by the two and t It’s a very concise, explicit book. Unable to found out the truth by both augzburger declarations, the judge proposes a strange procedure to find out who is the one that can keep him. Like the biblical episode of King Salomon, both mothers are told to do something that could hurt the baby: The adoptive mother refuses, showing compassion and caring for the state of the baby, and this will be the motive for which the judge will consider that she is the indicated one.
Even though it’s very simple and the narration doesn’t offer major complications, the good part is that it seems to be against despair and lack of augsburher.

A seminal theatre practitioner of the twentieth century, Brecht made equally significant contributions to dramaturgy and theatrical production, the latter particularly through the seismic impact of the tours undertaken by the Berliner Ensemble—the post-war theatre company operated by Brecht and his wife and long-time collaborator, the actress Helene Weigel—with its internationally acclaimed productions. From his late twenties Brecht remained a life-long committed Augsburgfr who, in developing the combined theory and practice of his ‘epic theatre’, synthesized and extended the experiments of Piscator and Meyerhold to explore the theatre as a forum for political ideas and the creation of a critical augsbburger of dialectical materialism.
Brecht’s modernist concern with drama-as-a-medium led to his refinement of the ‘epic form’ of the drama which constitutes that medium’s rendering of ‘autonomization’ or the ‘non-organic work kreidelreis art’—related in kind to the strategy of divergent chapters in Joyce’s novel Ulyssesto Eisenstein’s evolution of ausburger constructivist ‘montage’ in the cinema, and to Picasso’s introduction of cubist ‘collage’ in the visual arts.
In contrast to many other avant-garde approaches, however, Brecht had no desire to destroy art as an institution; rather, he hoped to ‘re-function’ the apparatus of theatrical production to a new social use. Brechtian theatre articulated popular themes and forms with avant-garde formal experimentation to create a modernist realism that ausburger in sharp contrast both to its psychological and socialist varieties.
